    · Terms: The origin of the grape is in the surroundings of the town of Tías, Lanzarote, province of Las Palmas, within the D.O. Lanzarote. • Strains: 100% Malvasía, a native variety of the area. • Elaboration: Manual harvest in boxes close to 18 Kg., with manual selection on the belt. The bunches, collected from the vine with a very controlled degree of maturity, are cooled to 5ºC in the boxes themselves. Before destemming the grapes, a selection of the bunches is made on the selection belt. Once the grapes are destemmed, they are macerated at a low temperature. Next, the must is settled, thus eliminating the impurities it contains in suspension. Alcoholic fermentation is controlled (at 15ºC), forcing it to stop by applying cold and filtration when the oenologist considers that it is the optimal moment through organoleptic tasting (remaining sugars in the wine that have not yet been transformed into alcohol). The wine is clarified, racked, filtered again and bottled. The entire process is controlled in a very aseptic way to avoid possible proliferation of microorganisms once bottled. • Pairing: Perfect with appetizers, pates, cheeses and all kinds of desserts. We recommend not stopping to enjoy it at any time of the day thanks to its balance between freshness and sweetness.
  • • Terms: To make MARTINÓN BLANC DE NOIRS 2022, the best grapes from the estate are selected, located in the surroundings of the town of Masdache, in the heart of La Geria, within the D.O. Lanzarote. • Strains: 100% Listán Negro, a native variety of the area. • Elaboration: Manual harvest and selected in boxes close to 18 Kg to take care of the grape until its incubation. In order to achieve a greater varietal character, and to be able to extract from it the greatest amount of aromas and aromatic precursors, after the harvest, the bunches are cooled in the boxes themselves up to 5ºC with the help of a refrigerated room. Having achieved this cooling, a second manual selection of the bunches is carried out, for their subsequent destemming. After the vintage is vatted, a minimal film maceration of the must is carried out immediately with the skins in order to extract aromas, later, the must is bled quickly to avoid transferring color to the must, for this reason does not go through the press, taking the must once settled to ferment in stainless steel tanks with jackets to control the fermentation temperature at 14ºC. Finally it is clarified, filtered, and bottled. • Pairing: With all kinds of light dishes, ideal in warm climates like the one enjoyed by the Canary Islands. Especially appropriate as an accompaniment to rice dishes, fried fish and warm dishes.

    · Terms: The origin of the grape is in the surroundings of the town of Masdache, Lanzarote, province of Las Palmas, within the D.O. Lanzarote.

    • Strains: 100% Malvasía, a native variety of the area.

    • Elaboration: Manual harvest in boxes close to 18 Kg., with manual selection on the belt. The clusters have been previously cooled to 5ºC in the boxes themselves, in order to achieve an overpressure in the grape cells that gives rise to a much greater aromatic release, prior to maceration and subsequent pressing before settling. Subsequently, the wine is pressed and the free run juice is separated from the press juice by organoleptic quality. After fermentation, at a controlled temperature of around 15 degrees, the wine is aged on its lees.

    • Pairing: Perfect with fish, shellfish, rice dishes, etc. and even to take as an aperitif.

  • Lágrima 2019 is a white wine from the D.O. Lanzarote produced by Bodegas Martinón. This single-variety wine of the volcanic Malvasia variety is the house's special selection brand.

The grapes are harvested manually and selected on the plot itself, it comes from farms with vines that are close to 80 years old and planted in the heart of La Geria. Once destemmed, the grapes undergo maceration. The Lágrima must is the one obtained from the natural draining, it does not have a press. After settling, the must is fermented in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Finished fermentation is carried out on the lees for several months.

It is a very frank wine with great aromatic intensity. At a still glass, white flowers, almond and stone fruit (peach, apricot) and exotic fruits (pineapple) appear. Aromatically it is a very complex wine. In the rough glass, nuances typical of the geria appear (light smoke, minerals typical of the volcanic terrain), an aromatic nuance characteristic of the terroir of the vineyard in this area.

On the palate it is very intense, mineral and above all creamy. It has a long aftertaste, with persistent mineral nuances. Memories of nuts appear (almonds, hazelnuts). Wine with great personality and complexity provided by the terroir of La Geria.
